Executive Minister

Rev. Darius L. Glenn
Rev. Darius L. Glenn is a servant leader, minister, and executive with a passion for people and ministry. Born and raised in Orlando, Florida, Rev. Glenn is the son of the late Eugene V. Glenn and Deitrice L. Glenn and is a proud father.
Rev. Glenn brings a diverse professional background that has equipped him with a strong experience in operations, administration, organizational leadership, and developing effective teams and systems.
Rev. Glenn accepted his call to ministry in 2016 and has since served in a variety of ministerial leadership roles, including Youth Pastor and Young Adult Pastor. His ministry has been marked by a commitment to preaching and teaching, mentoring and developing young people, leading ministry teams, and strengthening community engagement. In 2025, he was ordained in the African Methodist Episcopal Church.
His executive leadership experience includes serving as Chief of Staff for a prominent church, where he worked closely with senior Pastor to advance ministry priorities, strengthen operations, and support organizational growth. He has also served churches in an executive ministry capacity, helping pastors and leadership teams turn vision into action through strategic planning, ministry development, and effective administration.
As Executive Minister of North Stelton AME Church, Rev. Glenn works alongside the Senior Pastor and ministry leadership with a particular focus on youth ministry, media and digital communications, outreach, worship support, and church operations. His role includes helping strengthen youth discipleship and engagement, supporting ministry leaders and volunteers, expanding the church’s digital presence, and helping move ministry initiatives from vision to execution.
Rev. Glenn attended Santa Fe College in Gainesville, Florida, and is currently pursuing a Master of Divinity at Payne Theological Seminary in Wilberforce, Ohio.
