Youth Ministry

Purpose

The Youth Ministry is the coordinated efforts of North Stelton AME Church  to support the  needs of our young people, fostering their faith in Jesus Christ and supporting their development into responsible positive participation in the life, mission and ministry of the NSAME Church and in our society. We are excited about our Young People !

The Youth Ministry seeks to create opportunities for  youth to share their gifts, grow in life skills, develop a positive self-image, overcome prejudices, develop respect for differences, serve those in need, and foster social change. Also, the Youth Ministry help our youth develop a personal relationship with Jesus Christ , through prayer life, applying Faith  and  integrating Christian values in daily living.

We want our young people…

  To let the word of Christ dwell in them  richly.” – Colossians 3:16

 To grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our Lord and   Savior Jesus Christ. –  2 Peter  3:18

 To be God’s representatives  unto all men of what thou hast seen and heard.” Acts 22:15

Our desire is to partner alongside the Parents as they take the lead in the spiritual growth and development of their child. We seek to bring  glory to God throughout all of our NSAME youth ministries encouraging mutual support and joint ventures

Youth Service – Every 3rd  Sunday – Main Sanctuary

Youth Ministry Bible Study – Every Wednesday – 7:30 pm – Hush Chapel
