Young Men's Ministry
The Young Men’s Fellowship is
designed to help meet the needs
of the teenage males of North Stelton.
Our primary focus is to help create an
atmosphere where the young men of the church can bond with
one another, develop trust and positive friendships, and
address topics and issues relevant to their everyday
situations. Throughout each conversation and activity, we do
our best to help the young men understand the importance of
making Godly choices and the expectations He has for us as
men.
Our hope is
that the young men will grow in the following
ways:

Realize
what it really means to be a man based on
God’s standards.

Establish
friendships and bonds with other Christian
young men.

Create a
vision, purpose, and goals now and in their
future endeavors.

Strive to
be successful in school and in all academic
pursuits
-
Remain active in church
ministries and activities.
For Ages 13 to
18 (males)
Scripture
11Command and teach these
things. 12 Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are
young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in
life, in love, in faith and in purity. 13 Until I come,
devote yourself to the public reading of Scripture, to
preaching and to teaching. 14 Do not neglect your gift,
which was given you through a prophetic message when the
body of elders laid their hands on you, 15 Be diligent in
these matters, give yourself wholly to them, so that every
one may see your progress. 16 Watch your life and doctrine
closely. Persevere in them, because if you do, you will save
both yourself and your hearers. 1 Timothy 4 :11-16
