Sister Wanda Burrell is a licensed minister in the First Episcopal District of the African Methodist Episcopal Church. 

Under the pastoral leadership of the Rev. Dr. Kenneth L. Saunders, Sr., she is a member of the ministerial staff at North Stelton A.M.E. Church in Piscataway. 

She currently attends Payne Theological Seminary, International Theological Center (ITC) working towards her Master of Divinity Degree and subsequent ordination as an itinerant deacon.

 Sister Burrell is the Ministerial Advisor and Director for the NSAME Teen Ministry.  She is also a Class Leader and is active with the Nursing Home Ministry.

Sister Burrell is married and the mother of three children.
