Ministerial Staff

NORTH STELTON A.M.E. CHURCH MINISTERIAL STAFF

“Embracing the Vision... Preparing A City of Refuge”

“It was He who gave some to be apostles, some to be prophets, some to be evangelists, and some to be pastors and teachers, to prepare God’s people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up.”  (Ephesians 4:11-12)

Under the leadership and direction of our Pastor, Rev. Dr. Kenneth L. Saunders, Sr., and the guidance of the Holy Spirit, the NSAME Ministerial Staff, collectively and individually, is striving to achieve excellence in ministry in order to fulfill the God-given vision of the Pastor for the spiritual growth of the church’s membership.  The Ministerial Staff will take its place on the wall in building “A City of Refuge” through continuous pastoral care; by providing support and leadership for the many ministries of the church; and, through active participation in the congregational life of the church.

 The Ministerial Staff endeavors to:

  • Provide support and assistance to Pastor Saunders in leading worship services, baptisms and ministerial coverage for weddings, funerals and wakes, and in the spiritual development and growth of the church.

  • Provide support and serve in advisory capacity as assigned by Pastor for both in-reach and outreach ministries of the church.

  • Provide direction for Christian Education Department

  • Conduct leadership forums for those who serve in leadership roles in the church and assist in the spiritual development of the lay in producing excellence in kingdom building.
